He is survived by: his mother Barbara Coil (Sisson); his children, Jeff Coil II, April Coil, Danielle Coil, Sarah Davis and Ashley Davis; and his siblings, Thomas Coil and Ruby Bowman (Dennis). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
