He is survived by: his wife Tracy Sampson; his sons, Jay Jr. and Jeffrey; his grandchildren, Taryn Jr., Reagan Jr., Jace Jr. and Jeffrey Jr.; his siblings, Karen Oney, Danny Oney, David Davis, Roxie Davis, Bill Davis, Michelle Davis, Linda Vermillion and Dan Vermillion; and his uncle Robert Couch. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
