He was predeceased by: his father Michael Terlizzi; his grandmother Betty Weaver; and his cousin Michael Cutrell. He is survived by: his son Anthony Terlizzi (Anthonys); and his aunt Joan. He is also survived by numerous other Aunts and Uncles and cousins.

“I didn't realized Jason has passed until someone told me today. So much has been happening at Silverline recently. While Jason was at Silverline, he and I had many conversations about being a single dad. My dad raised my brother and I by himself. I recall how hard and lonely it was for him at times. I shared my experience with him, so he could see things might be tough now but they will get better. I wish I had a chance to say goodbye to Jason. He was a good dude.”
