McAndrews; his stepfather Richard Metzger; his siblings, Crystal McKinsey, Shannon Newbould (Christopher), Gabriel Nicholas, Stephanie Abou Haidar (Maher), Krista Kefauver, Amy Beth Barber (Jerrod), Michelle Dawn Pope (Jeffrey) and Zach McClellan (Amy); his stepmother Julia Nicholas; and his grandfather John McAndrews.
