She is survived by: her son Ryan Duke; her caregiver Dawn Ramsey; her adoptive sons, Zach Roys and Travis Conn; her granddaughter Tashianna Duke; her siblings, Margaret "Maggie" Tolbertson (Richard), Diane McKinney (Darren), Faron Smith and Wayne Smith; her brother-in-law Tony Duke (Rita); and her nieces and nephews, James Sayre, Jonathan Sayre, Brad Smith, Eric Smith, Dustin Welsh (Amber), Bobby Welsh, Jeffrey Smith (Kristen), Todd Spencer, Cameron Duke, Christopher Duke (Elisa), Cohen Duke, Cerberus Duke, Amber Davies (Sean), Janie Smith, Jessica McKinney, Jennifer Smith (Jason), Stacia Ward (Adam), Christabella Duke, Celina Spencer, Riley Spencer and Cambrya Hubbard.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Trinity Fellowship Church of God (440 St Peter St, Indianapolis, IN 46201). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Trinity Fellowship Church (440 St Peter St, Indianapolis, IN 46201).
