He was predeceased by: his mother Delois Ryan Stevens. He is survived by: his father James E. Stevens; his wife Janice M. Stevens; his children, Jason A. Stevens (Deborah), Joseph A. Stevens, James C. Stevens and Jessica M. Pryor (Andrew Williams, Jr.); and his brothers, Mike F. Stevens (Judy), Jeff S. Stevens (Terri) and Jack E. Stevens (Jan). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and many other loving family members and dear friends.
