He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Dale and Betty Jacqueline Lacey (Gilbert); his son Matthew Gilbert Lacey; his sister Patricia Guess; and his stepdaughter Deseree Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Arthella Lacey (Baldwin); his son Brian Lacey; and his brothers, Robert Lacey (Claudette) and Gary Lacey (Carolyn). He is also survived by stepchildren.
