He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Kinley and Ruth D. Kinley; and his brother Tom Kinley. He is survived by: his children, Jamie Kinley (Tyler Hogan), Richard Bowen (Kristy), Jeremy Bowen (Cortney), Keith Bowen (January), Melissa Kinley and Blake Kinley; his grandchildren, Bryce, Brady, Nevaeh, Mara, LeiLa, Harper and LynLee; and his siblings, Barb Bufore, Bill Kinley and JoAnn Hayes.
