He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Lee Horsley, Sr. and Virginia Clonce (Gregory); his stepmother Marcella "Marty" Horsley; his wife Rosetta Hazelwood; his grandchild Kailyn Horsley; and his brothers, John and Kenny Horsley.
He is survived by: his sons, Bryan Horsley (Allison), Jason Horsley (Carey) and Kevin Horsley (Linzi); his stepson Josh Hazelwood; his grandchildren, Taylor, Hannah, Connor, Camryn, Gavin, Bailey and Everly; and his sisters, Pam, Regina, Sharon, Sandy and Rhonda.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Flanner Buchanan Funeral Home (5463 Kentucky Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46221). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM.
The family request any memorial gift be directed to the American Heart Association.
