She was predeceased by: her siblings, Norma Jean Mattingly Copas and Gerald Howard Mattingly. She is survived by: her daughters, Stacy Lynn Embry and April Pona Embry; her parents, Janet Stephens Mattingly Haley and Joseph Frank Haley; and her sister Laurel Eileen Mattingly Monroe.
