He is survived by: his wife Debra Campbell; his son Jeff (Roxanne); his grandchildren, Brittany and Zach; his daughter Gina (Ronny); his grandchildren, Holly, Heather, Sierra, Levi, Shelby and Cameron; his stepdaughter Melissa; his children, Sebastion, Kenny and Thaddeus; his stepdaughter Kellie Davis; his children, Paige and Brandon; his stepson Billy (Kelli); and his children, Austin, Savannah and Gracie.
