We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2021, at the age of 19, Haley Nicole Lewis of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, C. Pearson (Brian) and J. Mahshie; her brothers, Charles A. Lewis (Heather), Andrew Lewis and Cameron Lewis; and her grandparents, George and Louise Boicourt. She is also survived by three nieces, aunt, uncle, and cousins.
