He is survived by: his wife Anna Louise Shoulders (Petty); his children, Deborah Shoulders, Kymberly Howard (Craig) and Christopher George Shoulders; his grandchildren, Brittany Passley, Brandi Passley, Christian Shoulders, Mattison Shoulders-Hawkins and Christopher Shoulders II; and his brother Jerome Mills (Debbie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
