It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gaildeane Reed (Indianapolis, Indiana), who passed away on January 11, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Cobb and Ruth V. Cobb (King); her sister Peggy Mason; her children, Derrick and Nikki; and her friends, Esther Bowman and Margaret Gentry.
She is survived by: her husband Larry W. Reed; her daughter Dana (Richard); her grandchildren, Damon, Devin and Drake; her great grandchildren, Kaleb, Kaia, DeJae, RaeLynn and Zen; and her caregivers, Tiffany, Gloria, Carol, Sandra and Tamia. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Light of the World Christian Church (4646 N Michigan Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46228). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
