He is survived by: his wife Fayetta Lang Holley; his children, Kimberly Allender, Laurie Stambro (Richard) and Julie Holley; his grandchildren, Morgan Shook, Zachary Wade and Christopher Barnes; his great grandchild Kingston Shook; and his sister LaDonna Murphy (Robert).
