He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dottie" Hall of Indianapolis, IN; his children, Michael Hall of Lexington, KY and Angela Noe of Kingsport, TN; his grandchildren, Eric Hall of Cumberland, KY, Tyler Hall of Lexington, KY, Courtney Middleton (Chadwell) of Harlan, KY and Lindsey Williams of Kingsport, TN; his great grandchildren, Khloe Hall, Naomi, Ivy Middleton, Sophia Williams, Elijah Hall and Owen Middleton; and his son John Derrick Noe of Keith, KY. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
