She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hayes and Eurie Hayes. She is survived by: her husband Donald L. Starks Sr.; her son Donald L. Starks Jr. (Kendera); and her grandsons, Donald L. Starks III and Aiden Clay Starks.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saints Peter and Paul Cathedral (1347 N Meridian St, Indianapolis, IN 46202). A Mass will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (435 W Troy Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46225).
