She was predeceased by: her husband George V. Dilcher Sr.; her parents, William Lockhart and Clara Lockhart; and her grandson Anthony Dilcher. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Perkins (Robert), George V. Dilcher Jr. (Tracy), John Dilcher and Louis Dilcher; her grandchildren, Robert V. Perkins (Chrystal), Jason Perkins (Danielle), Brandi Perkins, Savannah Barnes (Matthew), Emily Dilcher and Cindy Dilcher; her great grandchildren, Destiny Perkins, Izeya Perkins, Becca Boo Perkins, Nevaeh Perkins and Alexander Barnes; and her siblings, Bill Lockhart, Leonard Lockhart, Johnnie Lockhart, Joseph Lockhart, Louis Lockhart and Alice Broadstreet (Donald).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Conkle Funeral Home (4925 W 16th St, Indianapolis, IN 46224). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
