Sample Jr. of Indianapolis, IN, Wydeia Mitchell of Gary, IN, Eddie C. Sample IV of Gary, IN and Wydeija Sample of Gary, IN; and his great grandchildren, Te'Mya Hawkins, Tyler James Pearson, Ryan A. Carroll-Thomas, Raelynn Carroll and Jeremiah James Hall. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, relatives, friends.
