It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Kenneth Baker (Indianapolis, Indiana), who passed away on February 23, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas H. Baker and Rosalie Baker (Callaway). He is survived by: his wife Wanda Coffin Baker; his children, Douglas H. "Howie" Baker (Beth Bohannon Baker) of Kentucky, Kenneth A. Baker (Natsuki Baker) of Indianapolis and Elizabeth Frances Baker of Ellettsville; his siblings, John Baker of Ohio, Debbie Baker (Sheri Coleman) of Ohio and Vickie Hensley of Ohio; and his grandchildren, Amaya Baker and Will Baker.

Doug enjoyed following politics and particularly the pursuit of peace, equality & justice through our political institutions; as a result, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Friends Committee on National Legislation (FCNL), 245 Second St. NE, Washington, DC 20002.
