She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Reeves and Alpha Omega Reeves; her spouse Aurelious Merritt; and her children, Charlene Davis of Chicago, Genita Johnson, Sheryl Wade of Louisville, Jackie Wade, Alvis Wade of Las Vegas, Michael Wade (Barbara) of Tampa, Kevin Wade and Kenny Wade. She was also cherished by 27 grandchildren, 74 great-grandchildren, 49 great-great grandchildren.
