She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Johnson and Elsie Johnson; her husband Gary Lowhorn; her son Stephen Lowhorn; and her brothers, Jim and Jerry Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Vanhoose (Ed) of Greenwood, Jessica Petroff (Doug) of Indianapolis, Indiana, James Lowhorn (Hope) and Jacob Lowhorn (Tracie) of Trafalgar, Indiana; and her brother Danny Johnson (Marilou) of Paoli, Indiana. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
