He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Kesler Ramsey Wilson; his girlfriend Peggy Bailey; his stepsons, Jessie Duncan (Lora) and Tony Duncan (Niki Blakely); his brothers, Randy Ramsey (Kelly) and Jeffrey Ramsey (Terry); his nephew Cory Ramsey; and his niece Patty Ramsey.
