He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Smith; his children, Travis Smith (April Fahrenkamp) and Susan Curry (Tim); his grandchildren, Chase Smith, Carter Smith, Jacob Curry and Madison Curry; and his brothers, Ralph Smith and Delmas Smith.
