He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Foreman and Lorene Foreman (Haywood); his wife Janeen Foreman; his granddaughter Estella Souders; and his brother Mike Foreman.

He is survived by: his close friend Martha Bowman of Brownsburg; his daughters, Kimberly Foreman of Indianapolis, Jennifer Tighe of Missouri, Rebecca White of Camby and Stephanie Lee; and his sister Debbie Gilmore of Brownsburg. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Light Memorial & Funeral Chapel (585 E Main St, Monrovia, IN 46157). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
