He is survived by: his wife Gwen Surber (Harper); his children, David Surber, Deanna Surber and Jason Surber (Loretta); and his siblings, Kenny Surber, Don Surber (Janet), Karen Jean Vansickle and Edith Bartlett (Richard). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
