He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Nugent and Edith Nugent; his siblings, Fred Nugent, Anthony Nugent, Joann Collier and Jennifer Nugent; his grandson Isaac Joe Ayris; his nephew Colby Nugent; his niece BillyJo; his in-laws, Darvin and Ellen Masters; and his siblings-in-law, Darvin Masters Jr. and Brenda Edwards.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Lynn Nugent; his children, David Lynn Nugent II (Samantha), Tonya Renee Ayris (Gregory) and Sara Marie Schroeder (Brandon); his sister Linda Stark (Charles); and his brother-in-law Billy Collier. He is also survived by 1 granddaughter & 9 grandsons; many nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Royster-Askin-Sandrock Chapel (2310 W Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46222). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Bell Mortuary & Crematory (2310 W Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46222).
