It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Fitzpatrick of Indianapolis, Indiana, born in Portland, Indiana, who passed away on September 12, 2021, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his pet Dan Fitzpatrick; his parents, Mark Fitzpatrick and Susan Fitzpatrick; his children, Fallon and Thomas; the mother of his children Julie; and his siblings, Tessy, Simon, Amy, Dahlia, Cheyenne, Clementine and Argent.
