Allen; her children, Daren Ray Allen (Tracey), Jennifer Eaton and Rosella Howald (Kenneth); and her siblings, Kevin Small, Randy Small, Tom Small, Rick Small, Terry Small and Darla Small. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren, and other extended family and friends.
