He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Parker and Betty Parker; his in-laws, Grace and Joseph Kieffer; and his siblings-in-law, Joseph Kieffer and Jenny Kieffer.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Parker; his daughter Jennifer Cook (Chris); his grandchildren, Ian and Jude Cook; his siblings, Steve Parker (Margaret), David Parker and Jackie Butler (Larry); and his in-laws, Mary Kay Segasser (Paul), Elizabeth Appleby (Danny), Ed Kieffer, Kevin Kieffer and Christine Hamilton (John). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services (1458 S Meridian St, Indianapolis, IN 46225). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America.
