He is survived by: his former wife Cheryl Higginson-Brown; his wife Beverly; his children, Tiffany D. Brown-White, Cicely A. Taylor (William), Shanelle L. Best (Lehman) and Cecil A. Morris II; his grandchildren, Shanel Rowe, Chaz Osborn, Cecil A. Morris III, Adrienne J. Best and Lehla L. Best; his great grandchild RaSean Payne; and his siblings, Joyce Barnett, Linda McTush, Brenda McChristian (Quintin), Glenda Morris, Janice White (Rodney), Jeanetta White (Patrick), Cletus Morris (Cynthia), Cedric Morris (Charlene), Kevin Morris and Keith Morris (Arlene). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and close friends.
