We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2023, at the age of 81, Carolyn Kay Frye of Indianapolis, Indiana, born in Switz City, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harley Haskett and Martha Lou Haskett; her siblings, Gene Haskett (Debbie) and Marilyn Clayton (Don); her significant other Ronald Lee Frye; her daughter Danita Coffenberry (Thomas); and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Claxton (Matt), Jared Slaven (Molly), Kaitlin Ward (Juan Montemayor) and Tess (Trevor).

In lieu of flower, the family asks that you make a contribution to the Indianapolis Humane Society.
