As we bid adieu to Carolyn Ann's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Carolyn Ann has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William F. Carothers and Mildred S. Carothers; her sons, Mark Shaffer and Keith Shaffer (Michelle); and her siblings, Linda McCoy-Murray, Bruce Carothers (Kristy), Bob Carothers (Penny) and Bill Carothers (Linda). She was also cherished by grandchildren; and great grandchildren, as well as extended family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Aaron-Ruben-Nelson Mortuary (11411 N Michigan Rd, Zionsville, IN 46077). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Oaklawn Memorial Gardens - Washington Park (9700 Allisonville Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46250).
