He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Williams and Evelyn Mae Williams (Morrison); and his sister Jacqueline Louvena Williams Gabbard. He is survived by: his nephews, Rodney Gabbard (Linda) of Felicity and Brian Scott Gabbard (Sheryl) of Greeneville, Tennessee; his great-nieces, Alexa and Sienna Gabbard; his cousins, Edith Mae Morrison Boone of Anderson, Barbara Ellen Buntin Etchison of Anderson, Carol Lee Buntin Vance of Anderson, Patricia Ellen Morrison Richards of Oakmount and Susi Thompson Bartlett of Lebanon; his stepson Andy Pritchett of Danville; and his friend Louann Lowring.
