He is survived by: his parents, Ben Hale and Mary Hale (Taylo); his wife Kristin Phillips Hale; his children, Piper Hale and Atticus Hale; his sister Malia Clark (Arthur); his siblings-in-law, Amber Gerke (John Baumgart) and Ben Phillips (Bridgette); his mother-in-law Anita Land (Jeff); and his nieces and nephews, Ryan Cox (Andi), Jessica Phillips, Zachary Gerke, Kyle Phillips, Drew Gerke, Haley Clark, Melainy Clark and Oliver Phillips. He is also survived by father.
