She was predeceased by: her parents, Vertie L. Spears (Willis) and Willie Junior Spears; her son David L. Padgett, II; and her siblings, Patty Spears and Willie J. Spears.
She is survived by: her husband David L. Padgett; her son Matthew C. Padgett (Jody); her siblings, Leonard Spears and Jessie Spears; her grandchildren, Danny Finch, Travis Padgett and Samantha Padgett; and her great grandchildren, Weston, Emma, Brantley, Connor and Carter.
