She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Costelow and Adeline Costelow; her husband Henry Ballard, Jr.; and her grandson Christopher Ballard. She is survived by: her sons, Art Ballard and Richard Ballard (Debbie); her grandchildren, Todd Ballard (Christina) and Shannon Price; and her sister Darlene Allen. She is also survived by six great grandsons.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1977 S State Rd 135, Greenwood, IN 46143). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
