She was predeceased by: her mother Irene; her siblings, Othel Richardson (Vie), Jerry Richardson (Barbara), Loretta Hicks (Stan) and Diana Kellermeyer-Roundtree (Tom Roundtree); and her son Timothy Michael Combs.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Franklin Ruth; her siblings, Glen Richardson (Christine), Ricky Richardson and Donna Weimer (Chuck); her children, Todd Mathew Combs and Tammy Michelle Combs; her stepchildren, Lisa Ruth and Robert "Rob" Ruth (Angie); her daughter Kasey Viles (Mike); and her grandchildren, Amanda, Andrew, Jessica, Betty Diana, Jakob, Shawn, Ashley, Adam, Austin, Amber, Patience, Troy and Beggi. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and a multitude of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Lighthouse Baptist Church (6950 E Raymond St, Indianapolis, IN 46239). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Forest Lawn Memory Gardens (1977 S State Rd 135, Greenwood, IN 46143).
