He is survived by: his wife Bonita Dellinger (Ross); his children, Kristie Dellinger and Avery Dellinger Jr. (Emily); his siblings, Thomas Dellinger (Sylvia) and Kathryn Austin (Carl); his grandchildren, Taylor Harrington (Aaron Paul), Jordan Hamilton (Jarrett), Kristin Shaw II, Kamrin Shaw, Avery Dellinger III, Karmin Shaw, Liam Dellinger, Lauren Dellinger and Harper Dellinger; his great grandchildren, Jarrett "Jay" Hamilton, James Avery "Jamie" Hamilton, Josie Hamilton, Reece Paul and Whitney; and his family, David Williams (Lesa), Sarah Andrews (Kaleigh), Rebecca Coyle, Ashley Williams, Dwyane Williams, Dillan Williams, Bruce Williams, Levi Cofer, Osiris Cofer and Maelee Cofer.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Brookside Community Church (1035 N Olney St, Indianapolis, IN 46201).
