He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur J. Stowers and Glady Stowers (Flitter); his wife Linda; and his stepson Mike.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stevens Mortuary (5520 W 10th St, Indianapolis, IN 46224). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Lincoln Memory Gardens (6851 S Indianapolis Rd, Whitestown, IN 46075).
