She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie P. Carr and Ida Frances Barnett Carr; and her siblings, Vincent Carr, Sr., Willie L. Carr, James Carr, Alfred P. Carr, Pearlie Patterson and Mary F. Booker.
She is survived by: her sister Margaret Bennett of Gallatin, Tennessee; her sons, Marion Carr (Tammy), Kenneth Carr, Anthony Carr and Tyrone Carr (Nichell); her grandchildren, Kevin Carr, Izayah Carr, Kenya Carr (Pumpkin), Anthony Walker, Kevin R. Carr, Anthony W. Carr, II, Lakaya Carr and Akeem Dennis; and her niece Tonja Manning.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Stuart Mortuary Chapel (2201 N Illinois St, Indianapolis, IN 46208). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
