She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Shelburn and Bonnie Brummett Shelburn; and her husband Donald Urban Wagner. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Wagner and Scott Wagner.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Usher Funeral Home (2313 W Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46222). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
