With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Alexander Melton of Indianapolis, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Alexander left this world on February 22, 2025 at the age of 37, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Alexander leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Alexander may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his sister Teresa Young; and his fiancée Louisa Goddard. He is survived by: his parents, Ken Melton and Laura Melton of Indianapolis; his grandmother Reni "Oma" Melton of Greenfield; and his siblings, Amber Correll of Greenwood, Anita Willis of Noblesville, Kristopher Melton (Cassie) of Greenfield and Reni Shockley (Max) of Greenwood. He is also survived by twelve other siblings; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory (1484 US-40, Greenfield, IN 46140). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
