He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lawrence and Enid Eisele; and his aunt Rita Prokop. He is survived by: his parents, William L. Eisele (Rosemary) and Annette D. Blevins; his wife Qui Thi Eisele; his siblings, Angela S. Eisele, Melissa Crawford, Laura Tyner, Hadge, Jenna, Joey and Katie Glover; and his pet Lucky. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
