She was predeceased by: her parents, Monte J. Tarter and Maude D. Tarter; and her husband Albert Leo. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Fisher (Leah) of Noblesville, Phil Fisher (Jenny) of Greenwood and Cindy Richardson (David) of Springville. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and twenty-four great-grandchildren.
