He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul "Pete" Walters and Adeline A. Walters (Oley); his wife Sandy Stover; and his brother David Lee Walters. He is survived by: his former wife Jo Etta Lee; his children, Ryan Walters (Derren) of Russiaville, Brent Walters (Sarah) of Punta Gorda, FL, Mallory Newth (Brannon) of Monticello, Jason Walters, Greg Moss of Logansport, Joey Clerget of Yeoman and Jennifer Scott of Monticello; his brother Mike Walters of Idaville; his grandchildren, Lincoln, Lucy, Alyiah, Elijah, Christian, Seth, Abbygail, Madison, Kyrstin, Ethan, Macy, Evan, Alyssa, Delilah, Cassandra, Lilly Mae, Griffin and Gabrielle; and his great grandchildren, Catherine and George.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Monticello Veteran Honor Guard.
