She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Martin and Emma Mae Martin (Penny); her husband George R. Kelley; and her siblings, Homer Martin, Boyd Martin and Thelma Ploss.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Welker (Richard) of Idaville and Judy Roudebush (Lon) of Royal Center; her sister Wilma Blackman of Monticello; her grandchildren, Kelly Welker (Oliver Meyer), Mindy Schlotman (Jason), Holly Welker, Tabitha Miller (Ryan), Brock Roudebush (Karissa), Brant Roudebush (Abby) and Jeff Welker (Amy); and her great grandchildren, Haleigh, Russell Welker, Brandon, Allivia Sterrett, Tilly Roudebush, Brooke, Morgan, Brady, Hallie Schlotman, Piper, Aili, Rece and Ira Roudebush.
