He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Evan Mills and Gertrude Mae Raley Mills; and his siblings, Raymond Woodard and Gloria Hood. He is survived by: his children, Jason Mills (Kristi) of Terre Haute, IN and Amy Dickson (Cameron) of Hymera, IN; his sister Karen Jones of Dugger, IN; his grandchildren, Cody Dickson, Breeann Lawson (Clint), Sydney Hogan (Jake), Tarrin Ahmed (Sarosh), Kinley Dickson, Kaitlynn Mills, Carter Dickson (Gracee), Emily Mills and Jason Mills Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Narayah, Lilian, Islyanna, Serenity, William, Isaiah, Sapphire, Mercy Mae, Phoenix, Atticus and Alexus.
