She was predeceased by: her parents, James Roy Hill and Grace Hill Bose Smith (Wilson); her husband Al Blackburn; and her siblings, Mary Bose, Ramona Bose, Dorothy Hill, Norma Hill, Jean Hill, Lyle Bose, Don Bose, Phil Bose, Perry Bose, Guy Hill, Jim Hill and Bob Hill.
She is survived by: her children, Marty Mills (Kari), Patrick Mills and Andrea Harris (Craig); and her brothers, Ken Bose and Pat Hill. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, two great-granddaughters and many nieces and nephews.
