He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Hoffman and Zena Effie Hoffman (Orsbourne); his daughter Carol Dawn Hoffman; and his sister Donna Fuzy. He is survived by: his wife Lora Hoffman of Huron; his son Robert Thomas Hoffman, Jr.; and his siblings, Dolores Stotts, George Hoffman and Betty Hoffman.
